COMMON QUESTIONS

YES we will work around your schedule. If you are only available certain days or times, no problem. We have a great team of flight instructors, so we should be able to accommodate most scheduling preferences and needs.

We do recommend scheduling at least 1-2 flight lessons per week to ensure consistent progress. However, we can tailor the frequency of lessons depending on your availability and goals. If you want to fly 7 days a week, we can do that, too! We'll give you access to our flight scheduler, and you can schedule flights and lessons yourself based on what works best for you!

Costs can vary based on how quickly you learn and how many hours it takes you to become proficient. Every student learns at a different pace. We prefer to give realistic quotes. Other flight schools will often give you a low quote, and then you're surprised later when it costs much more.

On average, you should expect the following:

Step 1- Private Pilot= $15,000

Step 2- Instrument Rating= Additional $15,000

Step 3- Commercial Rating= Additional $40,000

3 Lessons per week will cost around $100 per week!
Poor credit is OK. Typically scores above 600 are acceptable! Co-Signers are also allowed.
Potential for 3% refund at the end of your training for on-time payments!
If you're pursuing commercial, your loans will be staggered so that you start out with a lower payment and begin paying down your loan before moving onto the next rating. This prevents you from being locked into a huge upfront loan that you can't get out of if something happens mid-training and you decide to pause or stop training.

Step 1 is to CONTACT US to schedule a no obligation discovery flight. This will be about a 1 hour experience allowing you to fly a plane (under the supervision of an instructor)!

There will be time for you to take photos and ask your instructor any questions you may have about flying or taking lessons. If you decide to start taking lessons, this discovery flight counts as your first lesson, and you get to log that flight time to count towards your training!
